ArtSound FM is a national award-winning community Radio Station which was established in 1983. Our full-time FM radio service originates from our state of the art facilities which have been built with community funds and voluntary labour over 25 years. 

We have a special commitment to promoting local artistic endeavour and offer free airtime to assist.

We have partnerships with over 35 community organisations and hold the largest recorded archive of the ACT region’s music and oral history.

We promote Canberra’s arts and cultural institutions and nurture local musicians and artists young and old.
