ArtSound FM Radiothon 2011

Terms and Conditions

1. How a person can enter the lottery: By joining as a member, renewing your membership, or making a donation. For each $30 paid in membership, renewal or donation you will receive 1 ticket in a daily draw and 1 ticket in the final draw. Listeners will be encouraged to enter either by through contacting ArtSound Inc (known as ArtSound FM) by phone on 6295 7444 or 6295 8444, in person at The Manuka Arts Centre, Cnr NSW Crescent and Manuka Circle GRIFFITH ACT 2603 or through the website at: artsound.fm.
   
   
2. Full prize details and their values:
   

1. Warwick Le Lagon Resort and Spa Vanuatu - $1,019
   Five nights accommodation including Breakfast for two
   1. Accommodation is to be completed by September 2012, in conjunction with the Air Vanuatu prize.
   2. It covers one 5 nights' free of charge accommodation, including breakfast, for 2 adults.
   3. Block-out dates may apply (usually coinciding with Australian school holidays) at the discretion of Warwick Le Legon
   4. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      
      
2. Air Vanuatu - $1232
   Economy return flight for two from Sydney or Brisbane to Port Villa
   1. Travel is to be completed by September 2012, in conjunction with the Warwick Le Lagon Resort & Spa prize.
   2. Both passengers must travel together.
   3. Peak periods (usually coinciding with Australian school holidays) may be excluded at the discretion of Air Vanuatu.
   4. Taxes and charges (currently $266 approx pp ex Sydney or $236 approx pp ex Brisbane) will be at the expense of ArtSound FM.
   5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. The start date: The Radiothon will commence 4 November 2011 @ 6pm
   
   
4. The closing date: The Radiothon will finish 13November 2011 @ 6pm
   
   
5. The time and date of the draw: Daily draws take place each day during the Radiothon at 6pm. The final draw will take place at the ArtSound FM Studio @ 6.15pm 13 November 2011. The drawing of the winners will be determined by barrel draw, conducted and witnessed by 2 independent persons.

7. The manner in which the winners will be notified: The winners will be announced on air at ArtSound FM 92.7, notified by telephone within 7 days, and will be notified by mail with 21 days. Winners' names will also be published on the ArtSound FM website on 16 November 2011.

9. Redraw arrangements: A redraw will be held in the case of any unclaimed prize no sooner than 3 months after the first draw date on Monday, 13 February 2012 @ 6pm at ArtSound FM, Manuka Arts Centre, Cnr NSW Crescent and Manuka Circle GRIFFITH ACT 2603. The exception of this will be the theatre season tickets, for which a redraw will occur one month after the official draw ie Tuesday 13 December 2011 @ 6pm ArtSound FM, Manuka Arts Centre, Cnr NSW Crescent and Manuka Circle GRIFFITH ACT 2603. The redrawn winner will be notified in writing, and the results of the redraw will be published on the ArtSound FM website.
