At the Canberra Baptist Church Hall, Currie Cres., Kingston, you can join in “Music! Music! Music!”, an end of year concert featuring the U3A MusicMakers, in an afternoon of popular song and dance.

The event is on Sat Oct 26 at 2pm.  Entry is by donation and afternoon tea will be available for purchase, with proceeds going to Refugee Support.

 

At the Canberra Southern Cross Club in Woden, the Australian Rugby Choir presents its 2019 Annual Concert, with a performance of choral classics and popular songs.

At PaperChain Bookstore in Manuka, you can join in the book launch of “The Wind Queen” by Elizabeth Anne Thompson.

The event is on Sun Oct 27 at 3pm.

 

At the Belconnen Community Theatre, Tempo Theatre presents its production of “Charley’s Aunt, with performances from Oct 25 until Nov 2.

At the Austrian Australian Club in Mawson, you can join in “Saturday Music Showcase”, featuring performances by Capital Folk, Euphonics, U3A Music Makers, Weston Wanderers and Austrian Folk Dancers

The event is on Sat Nov 2 at 2pm.  Entry is by gold coin donation and afternoon tea will be available for purchase.
