Adjourned 2026 AGM

Dear Members,

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of ArtSound Incorporated, held on 26 May 2026, was adjourned to allow the ArtSound Board to finalise the Financial Report.

The adjourned meeting will now be held as follows:

Date: Monday, 17 August 2026
Time: 6.30 pm
Venue: Building A, Manuka Arts Centre, corner of NSW Crescent and Manuka Circle, Griffith ACT

The purpose of this adjourned meeting is to complete the unfinished AGM business by receiving the 2026 Financial Report and the 2026 Budget.

The Financial Report, Budget and meeting agenda will be circulated to members before the meeting, once they have been finalised and reviewed by the Board.

Attendance and quorum

All eligible ArtSound members are warmly encouraged to attend. A quorum of 15 eligible members personally present is required for the meeting to proceed. Your attendance will help ArtSound complete this important governance process.

To help us arrange the room, seating and meeting papers, please RSVP by Wednesday, 12 August 2026 using our online RSVP form

The form should take less than a minute to complete. If you cannot use the form, please contact ArtSound by email at admin@artsound.fm or on 02 6295 7444 for assistance.

Please note that an RSVP is for attendance planning only. All members attending must sign in at the meeting.

Proxies

If you cannot attend, you may appoint another eligible ArtSound member as your proxy for this Adjourned 2026 Annual General Meeting.

A new proxy appointment form is required for the meeting on 17 August 2026. Proxy forms issued for the AGM held on 26 May 2026 do not apply to this adjourned meeting.

Please complete the attached proxy form and email a signed copy to admin@artsound.fm by 12.00 noon on Monday, 17 August 2026. Your appointed proxy should bring the original form to the meeting.

A proxy appointment must be made in writing and notified to the Secretary before it can be accepted. Proxies may exercise only the authority specified in the appointment.
