The 2026 Annual General Meeting of ArtSound Inc — the association that operates ArtSound FM — will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at 7:00pm in the McDonald Room at Eastlake Football Club, 3 Oxley Street, Griffith.

All members are urged to attend. The AGM agenda will include confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM, presentation of the 2025–26 Annual Report and financial statements, the Returning Officer’s report on Board elections, and appointment of the auditor.

A quorum of 15 eligible members is required for the AGM to proceed.

Want to raise a motion? If you wish to introduce a motion for consideration at the AGM, please email the text to admin@artsound.fm by Tuesday 12 May 2026 (two weeks prior). You are encouraged to find a seconder, though this is not strictly required.

Can’t make it in person? You can appoint a fellow ArtSound member to vote as your proxy. Submit your completed Proxy Form to admin@artsound.fm by 12:00 midday on 26 May 2026.

Please note that parking can be a challenge at the Eastlake venue — arriving early is recommended.
